Running feels simple — until it isn’t. Pace, fuelling, shoes… these are the questions that come up again and again, and they’re often the difference between enjoying running and dreading it.

for a 30-minute educational session focused on one of the most misunderstood (and most important) parts of running:
pacing
. You’ll learn how to find the right pace for
your
runs, how to avoid common mistakes, and how to run with more confidence and consistency.
We’ll also touch on a few key supporting topics with help from guest experts:
Fuelling for runners
with Dr. Nicole Monk
Running shoe selection
with Pete from A1, including a live shoe demo
After the seminar, you’ll have the opportunity to
test different running shoes
on the runners upstairs and feel the difference between models and styles discussed during the session.
Whether you’re new to running or looking to train smarter, this session will give you practical tools you can use immediately.
